Who are we?

The Society has an elected board which includes a president, vice president, treasurer and secretary.

We have NO paid staff and rely on donations and volunteers to operate. We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

The society's mission is to collect, preserve, exhibit and provide access to information and artifacts relating to the firefighting profession in general and the Buffalo Fire Department in particular. We also promote fire safety and fire prevention.

                 Open Saturdays 10 AM to 3 PM  

                        Groups are welcome.

                         Admission is FREE.
